Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • US work authorization
  • prior experience in hotel front office or luxury customer service preferred
  • flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work well in fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with hotel software systems such as Opera is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of Opera system a plus
