Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- US work authorization
- prior experience in hotel front office or luxury customer service preferred
- flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in fast-paced environment
- familiarity with hotel software systems such as Opera is advantageous

- knowledge of Opera system a plus
- open and flexible schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays
