Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required but preferred in hospitality
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Must meet bonding standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

- No prior experience required but prior hospitality experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Must meet minimum bonding standards
- Additional language skills preferred
Job Duties
- Completes the registration process including inputting and retrieving guest information from a computer system
- Makes appropriate room selections based on guest needs
- Codes electronic keys and confirms room number and rate non-verbally
- Provides welcome packets containing room keys and gifts to guests
- Ensures all rooms and services are correctly accounted for within guest statements
- Assists guests with check-out payments and processes various payment forms
- Greets customers promptly using a friendly and clear speaking voice
- Responds accurately to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and local events
- Receives and manages special requests from guests, forwarding as necessary
- Answers telephone and email inquiries promptly, conveying messages accurately
- Fields guest complaints and resolves issues calmly and effectively
- Handles urgent matters or emergencies in coordination with hotel management and security
- Directs callers to appropriate hotel extensions and assists with guest directions
