Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years customer service experience preferred
- front desk experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask

- willing to work weekends and extended hours

- trained in using reservation software

Job Qualifications

- proficiency in cash handling and report generation
Job Duties
- Check guests in and out
- communicate effectively with all hotel departments via phone and radio
- assist staff with back office administration including sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue tasks
- oversee daily operations of the hotel front desk and office
- manage front desk, bell department, concierge, and reservations in manager's absence
- train front desk agents on responsibilities and operating procedures
- maintain professional demeanor and appearance
- generate ancillary revenues through posting additional charges like parking and upgrades
- enforce hotel policies in a friendly and efficient manner
- ensure smooth hotel operation during shifts
- manage cash drawer and sign keys out
- monitor lobby ambiance and supplies
- audit Disneyland tickets, city passes, and guest mailboxes
- block rooms for VIP and special requests
- complete reports like high balance and bucket checks
- update reservation queues and prepare group arrivals
- ensure departure clearance and key packet readiness
- communicate shift information
- handle guest issues and emergencies timely
- maintain organized lobby
