Job Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing and math skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Regularly required to talk, hear and interact with guests
  • Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months in related experience and/or training
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone
  • Ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner
  • Creating an excellent and memorable stay for guests
  • Providing outstanding customer interaction and service
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • Maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times
