  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • flexible availability for full-time or part-time shifts
  • proficiency in a second language is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcoming and registering guests during their arrival and departure
  • attending to all reception, concierge, luggage, and cashiering needs throughout their stay
  • ensuring the highest standard of guest care and service, making every moment memorable
  • utilizing previous hotel front desk experience to excel in this role
  • leveraging boutique property experience to enhance guest interactions
  • managing guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
  • maintaining organized and efficient front desk operations throughout shifts
