Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems accurately
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Capacity to maintain effective working relationships
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate moderately complex computer systems
  • Demonstrated patience, tact, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand and move throughout the front office area during shift

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests
  • Provide prompt and courteous service
  • Close out guest accounts upon completion of stay
  • Maintain high standards of quality as per Crescent and brand guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Assist co-workers with their duties as needed
  • Observe and respond to signs of emergency situations
