- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments
- Comfortable using computers and cash handling systems
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures using both manual and computerized systems
- Accurately handle guest payments, post charges, and maintain precise financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and make reservations in person and by phone using effective sales techniques
- Maintain strong guest relations by being knowledgeable about hotel and local area events
- Operate PBX system for calls, wake-up services, and guest messaging
- Manage front desk cash transactions and ensure compliance with hotel banking policies
- Process and deliver guest mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
- Support hotel operations by assisting team members, maintaining communication logs, and ensuring guest safety protocols are followed
