Job Duties

  • Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures using both manual and computerized systems
  • Accurately handle guest payments, post charges, and maintain precise financial records
  • Respond to guest inquiries and make reservations in person and by phone using effective sales techniques
  • Maintain strong guest relations by being knowledgeable about hotel and local area events
  • Operate PBX system for calls, wake-up services, and guest messaging
  • Manage front desk cash transactions and ensure compliance with hotel banking policies
  • Process and deliver guest mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support hotel operations by assisting team members, maintaining communication logs, and ensuring guest safety protocols are followed
