Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Background and drug screening may be required
  • Specific job duties may vary by property, team size, or facility

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local activities
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to resolve issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests such as use of room key, ice and vending areas
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure requests or problems are met to satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route to proper departments
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on location
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
