Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs without assistance
- May require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Checks owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
- Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
- Contacts other departments to resolve guest issues
- Identifies and explains room features such as use of room key, ice, and vending areas
- Follows up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department
- May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
