Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ownership of role
- Ability to work through difficult interactions in mental health office setting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Motivation to receive feedback and grow
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire

Job Duties
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Client insurance benefits verification
