Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant front desk or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or relevant administrative training a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Calm and professional demeanor with a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Conshohocken, PA from 8:30am to 5pm

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage visitor access across multiple floors, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to security protocols
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
  • Reserve and prepare meeting rooms, including logistics support such as AV setup and refreshments
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and calendar scheduling to various departments
  • Support interview logistics including candidate greetings, room setup, and scheduling assistance
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing badges, coordinating desk setups, and serving as a point of contact
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
  • Assist with planning and communication for internal events and office-wide initiatives
