Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative support role or office management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Willingness to learn tax and accounting basics through in-house training
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management clerical work or administrative support roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems screen calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments maintaining logs and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Utilize computer skills to perform data entry maintain filing systems and update records using Microsoft Office
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies organizing files and supporting day-to-day administrative functions
- Support calendar management by scheduling meetings coordinating appointments and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently
