Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience preferred
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department
- answering and routing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- taking and delivering messages accurately and promptly
- providing general information to callers and visitors
- maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- assisting with office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, faxing, and mail distribution
- ordering and stocking office supplies as needed
- supporting administrative staff with special projects and overflow work
- assisting with candidate check-ins and distributing employment applications when needed
