Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or healthcare environment preferred
  • ability to work 12-hour shifts including rotating Saturdays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • basic proficiency with computers
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain patient confidentiality
