The role of Front Desk Clerk at The Bell Tower Hotel is a full-time position offering shifts from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, including weekends and holidays. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma is preferred
- Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred
- Applicants with additional language skills preferred

Job Duties
- Checking guests in and out
- Basic mathematical skills and use of calculator to make calculations without error
- Ability to stand and move around continuously
- Making reservations, data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to use phone, computer copy/fax and computer systems and programs
- Ability to remain calm in high volume, high stress situations and respond with patience, tact, diplomacy and kindness to defuse anger and resolve conflicts
