It is recognized for its commitment to employee development, offering bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits packages to its team members. Mid Atlantic Retina aims to not only employ professionals but also help them build long-lasting careers within the organization. The environment is dynamic and engaging, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and staff alike.

This full-time Front Desk position plays a vital role in the daily operations of the practice by ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient administrative processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records and insurance information. Scheduling appointments and assisting with various office-related tasks are also key components of the position. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a 40-hour work week, including potential overtime, and working hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. It encourages individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment to apply.
