Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Completion of safety and security training
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and register them efficiently

  • Process guest transactions, balance reports, and manage cash control
