Job Description

Hale Family Practice is a dedicated family healthcare provider specializing in primary care services to meet the comprehensive medical needs of individuals and families in the community. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes preventive health, early diagnosis, and effective management of both acute and chronic conditions. Our practice is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes health and well-being among our patients. Located conveniently to serve families of all ages, Hale Family Practice integrates experienced medical professionals with state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the highest standards of care.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14 to $15 per hour and is vital to ensuring smooth office operations and exemplary patient experiences. As the first point of contact, the Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the patient visit by providing warm greetings and professional assistance throughout the check-in and check-out processes. This role involves managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimize patient wait times and coordinating patient flow within the office.

The Medical Receptionist will also be responsible for handling medical collections and processing payments accurately, maintaining patient records with meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring that all documentation complies with healthcare regulations. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically eClinicalWorks, is highly valued, as it facilitates effective patient management in a technology-driven environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting office management tasks such as inventory control and supply ordering, and responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as providing translation services to enhance communication with diverse patient populations aligns with our commitment to inclusive healthcare. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy or service quality.

Working Monday through Friday during standard 8-hour shifts without weekend requirements, the Medical Receptionist at Hale Family Practice benefits from a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) retirement plans with matching contributions, dental, health, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off to support the health and well-being of our employees.

Join Hale Family Practice as a Medical Receptionist and become an integral part of a compassionate and professional team devoted to enhancing patient care and community health. This role offers a meaningful career path in the healthcare sector with opportunities for growth and development within a respected family practice setting.
