We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who will serve as the first smile patients see when they arrive. This role is essential in shaping patient experiences from the moment they walk in the door. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations at the front office while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. This position is full-time, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience, alongside a robust benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience working in a dental or medical office setting, with a strong emphasis on organizational skills and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The coordinator will also handle incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly, all while ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.
