The Front Desk Team Player role at Excel Fitness is a vital position that serves as the first point of contact for members and prospective customers. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to stand and walk continually during shift
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Willingness to follow strict safety and cleaning protocols including mask wearing
  • Punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Check members into the system
  • Take prospective members on tours then assist them with the new account sign-up process
  • Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to assistant manager or manager as needed
  • Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility
