This role plays a vital part in representing the hotel’s brand by delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest registrations, and managing reservations. As the first point of contact for guests, the Guest Service Representative is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, resolving guest complaints diplomatically, and promoting the hotel’s services to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Additional responsibilities include operating the hotel phone system, processing payments, and collaborating with other departments to maintain room status and timely repairs. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills

Job Qualifications
