Job Duties

  • Greet guests and register them upon arrival

  • Conduct front desk responsibilities such as guest transactions, balancing reports, cash control, and deposits
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
  • Ensure key control by issuing and receiving room and master keys
