Job Duties
- Greet guests and register them upon arrival
- Manage reservations including making and modifying bookings
- Perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously
- Conduct front desk responsibilities such as guest transactions, balancing reports, cash control, and deposits
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
- Ensure key control by issuing and receiving room and master keys
