The candidate will be responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating appointment scheduling where applicable, and performing administrative duties like data entry, filing, and mail distribution. Maintaining an organized, tidy front desk and lobby area is also critical to presenting an inviting environment for visitors and staff.

Apart from operational duties, the Front Desk Worker will play an important part in ensuring security by monitoring visitor access and adhering to established security protocols. This responsibility helps protect company assets and maintain a safe workplace. Additionally, the individual must efficiently handle inquiries and complaints, providing prompt resolution or escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Ideal applicants will have a strong background in customer service or related fields, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with common office equipment and software, including multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is considered an asset. High school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree is preferred.
