Maintaining the front desk and lobby area to be clean, organized, and inviting is a key responsibility, as is performing basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.

In addition to customer interaction, this role requires monitoring visitor access and upholding security protocols, ensuring the safety and privacy of all individuals within the premises.   • previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
