Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
