The position involves greeting and assisting visitors and staff, answering and directing phone calls via multi-line phone systems, managing check-ins and check-outs, and scheduling appointments as necessary. Additionally, the role entails maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, handling administrative duties such as data entry and mail distribution, and monitoring visitor access to reinforce security protocols. Effective communication with other departments to support seamless operations and promptly addressing inquiries or complaints are also essential components of the job. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or appointment scheduling software

Job Duties

  • greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling if applicable
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
  • communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
