The Front Desk Associate role is a dynamic and essential position within the property management team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking and can independently manage a variety of responsibilities without direct supervision. The successful applicant will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, creating a positive and professional first impression of the property. The associate must possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills to effectively manage interactions and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Key responsibilities involve monitoring and operating state-of-the-art electronic security control systems as well as responding swiftly to emergency situations, showcasing the need for quick thinking and utmost professionalism under pressure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs, records, and forms to ensure smooth operational documentation and compliance with company policies. The ideal Front Desk Associate will have a high school diploma or its equivalent, with additional preferences given to those who have college-level courses in business or hospitality and possess two to three years of related business experience. Fluency in multiple languages and computer literacy, especially command of information systems hardware and software, are highly desirable attributes. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the capacity to stand or sit for extended periods during a work shift.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- two to three years of related business experience preferred
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods
- ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- effective communication skills both spoken and written
- ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily

- ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project needs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
