Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in handling phone systems and point-of-sale technology

- Ability to follow procedures and report accurately
- Passion for fitness or wellness industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Resolve all customer service related issues
- Serve as compassion police for the facility
- Ensure no customer leaves unhappy by upholding the Never Leave Unhappy law
- Champion facility cleanliness
- Manage Pro-Shop ordering, restocking, and cleanliness
- Greet and check in all members and guests
- Sell products and services including tours and Pro-Shop items
- Field phone calls, complaints, concerns, and questions and route them appropriately
- Support training-related activities under Head Trainer
- Assist with operations-related tasks alongside Facility Director Manager
- Complete end of shift report
- Conduct facility walkthrough reports
- Perform opening and closing checklists and walkthroughs
- Follow opening and closing procedures
