Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Complete daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients
  • greet and check-in patients by first name with a friendly and professional personality
  • serve as the face of the company offering friendly service to office visitors and callers
  • confirm all future appointments
  • answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain patient records
  • verify insurance, explain dental benefits and financial options for patient treatment plans
  • assist patients with billing questions
  • submit insurance claims with proper attachments and narratives
  • follow-up with unscheduled recare or treatment appointments
