Job Duties

  • greet and register guests

  • perform hotel operator and concierge duties

  • perform basic math and understand financial transactions
  • implement safety and security policies
  • complete training in security, alcohol, health, and safety
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff

  • work with other departments to ensure room status is updated
  • use persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
  • carry out front desk responsibilities including cash control, balancing reports, and processing credit cards
