Job Duties

  • Balance reports and manage cash control
  • Process credit cards and operate phone systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle key control
  • Promote rooms using persuasive selling techniques
  • Coordinate with other departments for room status and repairs
  • Complete training in security, alcohol, and health and safety
  • Assist in training new staff
  • Participate in creating a positive work environment
