Job Requirements

Minimum age 16 years or older
availability to work part-time Wednesday through Sunday 4pm-10pm with possible additional shifts
flexible schedule including weekends
ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
able to follow health department and company food safety policies
must have good personal hygiene
able to perform physical tasks such as stretching dough and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in pizza making or food preparation preferred
ability to follow food safety and health guidelines
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
customer service experience preferred
POS knowledge preferred but not required
capable of learning new skills quickly
positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

Set up the pizza line for service
stretch dough and prepare food
read food order slips and/or receive verbal instructions of the order
prepare and cook food according to order instructions
follow all health department and company food safety policies
prepare pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established guidelines in a quick service atmosphere
work closely with other kitchen and front of house team members
perform cashier duties
maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts including snow days
perform other duties as assigned
