Job Requirements

- Availability to work part-time including weekends
- Ability to handle money transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to adhere to safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cash handling policies
Job Duties
- Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized
- Be comfortable with guests' questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a manager
- Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes
- Stock and keep redemption area organized
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies
- Communicate daily with team members
- Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times
