The role of Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIÉ is both critical and multifaceted. This position is essential in delivering the high standards of customer service that the brand is known for. The Front Bar Receptionist functions as the welcoming face of the location, the first point of contact for clients who expect professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. This role involves managing client appointments and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly with meticulous organization. The receptionist is also responsible for driving sales by recommending and demonstrating FACE FOUNDRIÉ products to clients, helping to meet or even exceed the sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

Aside from customer interaction and sales, the role requires close collaboration with management to maintain adequate inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available to support daily operations. The Front Bar Receptionist also assists in various operational processes that keep the store standards high, including cleanliness, compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, and attending product training and team meetings to stay updated on the latest trends and company offerings.
