The FACE FOUNDRIÉ at Fenton in Cary, NC, is a proudly franchisee-owned facial bar, set to be the flagship store in the Raleigh, Cary, and Durham markets. This premier location is the first of at least three stores planned to open within the next few years, with the Fenton location expected to launch in May or June 2023. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of guest service experience
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to attend training and team meetings
- basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service

Job Duties
- demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
- meet or exceed sales goals set by the salon manager
- explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
- work with the salon manager to notify when supplies are low
- assist in all in-store operational processes
- ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
- accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures
- attend mandatory training and team meetings
- follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services
- keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times
