Job Requirements

  • guest service experience (1 year)
  • sales and marketing experience
  • salon experience preferred
  • current esthetic students preferred
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • ability to maintain a positive and motivated attitude
  • strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • attention to detail in scheduling and operational tasks

Job Duties

  • demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
  • schedule appointments with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
  • meet or exceed sales goals set by the manager
  • explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
  • work with the operations manager to identify when supplies are low
  • assist in all in-store operational processes
  • ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
  • accurately follow all company time keeping procedures
  • attend mandatory training and team meetings
  • follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure board compliance at all times
  • responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times
