The role of the Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIÉ is pivotal in shaping the customer experience. This position entails being the first point of contact for clients, where creating an inviting and positive atmosphere is essential. The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions, including phone etiquette, scheduling, and addressing client needs efficiently and courteously. Alongside greeting guests, this role involves recommending and selling FACE FOUNDRIÉ skincare products effectively to meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager. The receptionist must uphold high standards of service, ensure the salon is clean, organized, and fully stocked, and assist in operational processes to ensure smooth daily functions.

Furthermore, the Front Bar Receptionist will collaborate with the Salon Manager on inventory management and maintain accurate timekeeping and compliance with company policies. Participation in mandatory training and team meetings is key to staying informed about new products, promotions, and service protocols. Adhering to safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures is critical to meet board compliance and overall guest satisfaction. This dynamic role requires individuals who are motivated, positive, and hard-working, prepared to work nights and weekends, and eager to contribute to a thriving facial bar environment. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of guest service experience

Job Duties

  • demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
  • meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager
  • explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
  • work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low
  • assist in all in-store operational processes
  • ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
  • accurately follow all company time keeping procedures
  • attend mandatory training and team meetings
  • follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services
  • responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times
