- Ability to execute high-volume production
- Ability to keep open availability including rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to execute high-volume production required

- High school diploma or GED required
- Culinary certification or equivalent culinary training/work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
- Prepackage condiments such as sauces and dressings for prepared food items
- Complete tasks at assigned work station
- Assist in multiple cooking venues
- Assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
