Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions including wet floors and temperature extremes
- Must be able to maneuver in tightly-quartered environments
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- Of age to serve alcoholic beverages based on state requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to utilize a calculator and manually count and accurately make change
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used by guests
- Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register
- Strong guest service skills with ability to connect easily with customers
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to all Quick Serve customers
- Ensure that policies and procedures for processing customer sales transactions are adhered to
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Assist guests at points of sale within food and beverage kiosks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
