Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
- Maintain department sanitation and QA standards
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment according to department sanitation standards
- Keep floor clear of debris and spills
- Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
- Use and maintain all department equipment properly
- Pack out product into display cases
- Rotate product to ensure freshness
- Ensure accurate signage for the department
- Prepare trays to company and customer satisfaction
- Perform duties in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Dress and groom according to company policy
- Follow recipes to produce food products
- Operate bakery equipment according to recipes
- Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness
- Prepare special order requests
- Track sales movement on production logs
- Take inventory and reorder supplies weekly
- Place reclamation properly
- Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
- Unload deliveries
- Promote current charitable promotions
- Stand for duration of scheduled shift
- Assist other departments when instructed
- Follow safety and sanitation policies
- Perform duties according to company rules and health regulations
