Job Requirements
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform visual inspections and complete production logs
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to handle equipment safely
- Completion of training and productivity standards
- Use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to stand and move rapidly for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Food Handlers Certification per state laws
- Must be 16 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or grocery retail a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage customers with friendly service
- Take orders and perform suggestive selling
- Prepare and stock fresh food cases
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures for production
- Handle frozen products and inspect for quality
- Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- Receive and stock inventory
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and ovens
- Follow all food safety requirements
