Job Requirements
- One or more years food management experience
- One or more years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
- One or more years supervising and training five or more employees
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical
- Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of food management experience
- One or more years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
- One or more years supervising and training five or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Oversee proper task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Work alongside team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership in the efforts of talent acquisition
