Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- Good communicator with ability to engage customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
- Frequently operate cash register
- Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to 5-10 feet high
- Frequently ascend/descend ladders
- Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers, managers, and coworkers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel
- Able to identify and follow email and print instructions
- Able to remain stationary and upright for 80% of the time

- Greet and assist customers promptly

- Resolve customer concerns by providing alternative solutions and turning returns into exchanges
- Communicate needs to management including restocking and customer feedback
- Support team and company goals by collaborating with coworkers
- Operate cash register and handle merchandise efficiently
