- Previous experience operating electric pallet jack, forklift, and slip sheet or clamp
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to make timely decisions using sound judgement
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Maintaining pallet area
- Keep all dock doors closed when not in use
- Keep assigned dock area clean and organized
- Perform within set key performance indicators
- Run freight of received product to designated areas
- Wrap pallets once separation by product number is completed
- Perform unloading load operations with minimal supervision
- Work in temperatures as low as -10 degrees fahrenheit
- Notify lead or supervisor of any concerns such as product temperature, code dates, damages
- Restack product per set expectations due to bad wood, leaning, crushed product, damages
