Job Requirements
- Able to lift and move 50+ lbs
- able to sit walk stand for extended periods
- high school diploma or GED
- equivalent combination of experience and education
- availability to work weekend shifts
- knowledge of safety and GMP guidelines
Job Qualifications

- experience coordinating logistics or freight movement preferred
- knowledge of safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices

Job Duties
- Coordinate the movement of trailers managing the flow of inbound and outbound freight to meet customer deadlines
- supervise the loading process ensuring maximum cubic feet and weight requirements are met
- review appointment schedules ensuring all appointments on premises are completed within two hours
- utilize systems for process design and reporting efficiency optimizing daily operations
- assign appointments and inbound drops to appropriate doors ensure labor coverage matches daily workload demands
- maintain familiarity with company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines
- oversee team operations on weekend shifts maintaining effective communication and workflow
