The company has built a strong reputation in the logistics and supply chain industry by offering comprehensive services including freight management, warehouse and distribution center support, last-mile delivery, supply chain analytics, and optimization. Capstone is committed to delivering integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions that help partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs effectively. Their vast network of locations and carriers underscores their ability to manage complex logistics needs across the continent.
The company culture at Capstone emphasizes a high-performance work environment where strong relationships are built, the status quo is challenged, and results are diligently pursued. Transparency and open communication are key pillars in their approach to doing business, ensuring the team operates with integrity and consistently fulfills its promises. Capstone not only focuses on operational excellence but also actively invests in giving back to the communities where they operate.
The role of Warehouse Associate at Capstone offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments. This position involves a variety of warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, selecting inventory, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and maintaining cleanliness and workplace safety. Associates will work closely with site leadership and other team members to ensure that daily warehouse operations flow smoothly and efficiently.

Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with warehouse equipment is preferred, although Capstone is willing to provide training to the right candidate. Warehouse Associates will have the chance to develop their skills within a supportive company that values career growth, often promoting from within its ranks.
Capstone offers a competitive weekly pay structure ranging from $650 to $1100, along with a sign-on bonus awarded over three stages during the first 90 days of employment, contingent upon meeting attendance policies. Work schedules include weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as Monday through Thursday shifts from 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Employees receive paid training, safety incentives, and access to benefits after 60 days of employment. Those interested in travel and gaining broader experience can join Capstone's travel team, which offers opportunities to see different sites and understand all facets of the company’s operations across locations. The company’s focus on fostering a culture of excellence and community engagement makes this a rewarding place to build a career in supply chain and logistics.
