Job Requirements

  • 5-15 years of experience in freight forwarding sales management
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Established book of business in international ocean air customs brokerage and domestic trucking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Job Duties

  • Lead & develop a team of Sales Executives fostering a winning culture
  • Drive new business growth through cold calling networking and strategic prospecting
  • Strengthen client partnerships by identifying freight forwarding opportunities and delivering customized logistics solutions
  • Offer customized solutions consulting clients on optimizing their supply chain using ocean air warehousing distribution LTL and FTL transportation cargo insurance and customs brokerage
  • Optimize sales team performance using CRM tracking coaching and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication between sales operations and international offices
  • Stay competitive by keeping a pulse on global freight forwarding trends ensuring strategies align with industry shifts and emerging opportunities
