Job Requirements
- 5-15 years of freight forwarding sales management experience
- Well established book of business in international ocean air customs brokerage and domestic trucking
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work in New York office Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST
Job Qualifications
- Freight forwarding sales management experience

Job Duties
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives fostering a winning culture
- Drive new business growth through cold calling networking and strategic prospecting
- Strengthen client partnerships by identifying freight forwarding opportunities and delivering customized logistics solutions
- Offer customized solutions consulting clients on optimizing supply chain using ocean air warehousing and distribution LTL and FTL transportation cargo insurance and customs brokerage
- Optimize sales team performance using CRM tracking coaching and data-driven insights
- Collaborate across departments ensuring seamless communication between sales operations and international offices
- Stay competitive by keeping a pulse on global freight forwarding trends ensuring strategies align with industry shifts and emerging opportunities
