Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, fulfillment, or 3PL logistics
- Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability in customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for freight forwarding and fulfillment services
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers
- Analyze client logistics needs and provide customized solutions including ocean, air, and warehousing/fulfillment services
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to ensure mutual profitability
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
