Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in international freight forwarding sales
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a book of business or industry contacts is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Miami, FL

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry standards
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the international freight forwarding market
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Build and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models to prospective clients
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements to meet both client and company needs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
