Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in international freight forwarding sales
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a book of business or industry contacts is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Miami, FL
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry standards
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the international freight forwarding market
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models to prospective clients
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements to meet both client and company needs
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
